On October 27, Lifespring Church in Crosby, with much grace and excellence, hosted the Common Slaves Conference on the subject of “Little Church, Big Problems.” Below is the audio from each session, and at the bottom of the page is a short introduction to each of the speakers. We are so incredibly grateful to these guys for taking the time to come and share with us their Christ-centered hearts and minds, which you will hear saturating every session.

Dr. Kevin Carr is Pastor of First  Presbyterian Church (PCA), Hinkley, MN where he has served since 1989. Kevin is a Reformed Theologian second to none and an encyclopedic Puritan Scholar, but more than that, he is a faithful, gentle pastor, and a humble but powerful servant-mentor of other pastors.

Pastor Paul Walker is Pastor of Elm Ave Baptist Church in Grand Junction, Colorado where he has served since 2002. Pastor Paul spent many years as a bi-vocational pastor, is bi-lingual and frequently travels to Latin America to teach, preach, and build up our Spanish-speaking brothers.

Pastor Randy Reed has served as Pastor of Calvary Bapsist church in Negaunee, Michigan for the past 15 years. Prior to that, he served for 20 years in rural northern Minnesota. Randy is a consummate teacher and expository preacher, universally respected for his sincere devotion to and grasp of the Bible. One of the greatest gifts God has given me is to be able to call him my Dad.

Dr. Ivan Fiske is the Senior Pastor at Quamba Baptist Church, Quamba MN, where he has served for a long long time. Ivan is a certified Biblical Counselor through ACBC, a faithful pastor, and a ferocious friend. There is only one Ivan, and if you don’t know what that means, you need to come find out.
