Combined Sunday Evening Worship

The Common Slaves Fellowship would like to invite you to our Bi-monthly Sunday Evening Worship.

On Sunday Evening (April 29) @ 4:30, Bethany Bible Church in Big Lake will be hosting a Worship gathering of Singing, Preaching and fellowship (with good food!)

Pastor Ivan Fiske will be preaching from I John 2.

We hope you can take this opportunity to gather with the Saints from other local, like-minded churches.

Alice: Puddle Boots

Now, I further saw, that betwixt them and the gate [of the Celestial City] was a river, but there was no bridge to go over: the river was very deep. 

…The Pilgrims then, especially Christian, began to despond in their minds, and looked this way and that, but no way could be found by them by which they might escape the river. Then they asked the men if the waters were all of a depth. They said: No; yet they could not help them in that case; for, said they, you shall find it deeper or shallower as you believe in the King of the place.

Alice: Making Tracks

The Lord is good to those who wait for him,
to the soul who seeks him.
It is good that one should wait quietly
for the salvation of the Lord.

The other day the family was outside playing around in the snow – something we don’t do often enough – and as Alice was traipsing about, I looked at her little footprints and thought, “Making tracks.
